From lesson plans to district wide projects, you can't see success until you have a plan that will lead you there. In my years since leaving public education, I am only beginning to learn how to properly manage projects. This session is about working to empower ourselves towards efficiency and therefore, enjoy more time for passion projects, family, and the things that truly enhance our lives.
